FSX_FS9Box June 28th FS9/FSX Sunday flight
Hannibal crossed the Alps with elephants, which must have been a hard task. After two thousand years you are tempted to think that technology made things easier, but we are going to stretch the performances of our Grand Caravan close to its limits: bad weather could be enough to make the achievement of our feat impossible. So, let's cross our fingers: the prize is that, once in Turin, we start our italian tour... and it's also the proper season!

#232 - LSGG - Geneva (Switzerland) -> LIMF - Torino / Caselle (Italy)
Overall distance: 213,3 nm.
Estimated time: 1:19 h.

CC Bush Flights January 22nd Bush Flight
CCB_044
Propane Delivery / Frozen Lake Landings

The Adventure

It’s been unusually cold so far this winter, and a number of people are running low on propane. Fortunately, the cold has also thickened the ice on the lakes where they live, allowing landings by our heaviest aircraft. We’re going to load our Dash 7s with three propane tanks and fly out to relieve these peoples’ problems. A high pressure system is passing by, and the weather, while cold, is about as good as it gets for this dangerous mission.

fsx_big X FTX AU RED Released !
January 8th, 2009 - For immediate release

Orbx is proud to finally complete the FTX series for Australia, with its final FTXAU RED region. If you've ever flown from one of the eastern Australian cities and overland to Asia, from your window seat you may have thought that you were on a mission over Mars. The outback is a vast, red place and certainly the least boring of all the places to visit in Australia. With a sometimes alien landscape and stunning vistas, there is so much to find in this massive inland region. Huge craggy mountain ranges, salt lakes, millions of miles of sand ridges and dunes and a rich pallette of colors that can change overnight during the wet season, the outback is what makes Australia one of the most diverse and unique places on earth. Visit Uluru, Alice Springs, Kings Canyon, the Olgas, and the Indian Ocean coast at Shark Bay. FTXAU RED includes all roads, traffic, vertical obstructions, major towns and cities, 55,000 windmills and pumps and even includes roo fences for hundreds of thousands of miles. FTXAU RED is now available from http://fullterrain.com

CC Bush Flights Bush Flight For Jan. 8th
The Adventure

The holidays are all over with, and it’s time to get back to our regular routine. We’ve go mail to deliver today to several villages and campgrounds – the total payload is only 142 pounds so we’ll take the Tripacer. The saved flight starts with the version with the skis but you can feel free to take the wheeled version if you like. Remember that the ski version has no brakes whatsoever! We’ll remain overnight at Primrose River Village and stay with friends.
