They are Marmon Herrington CTLS-4TAY / CTLS-4TAC light tanks. The TAC had the turret on the right side of the hull and the TAY on the left side. Used in U.S. Army service as T-14 (TAC) and T-16 (TAY)in Alaska and Newfounland. Also used by the KNIL in the Dutch East Indies and in Surinam . Australia used them as training vehicles.

Marmon-Herrington CTLS's
Turret on left = CTLS-4TAC
Turret on right = CTLS-4TAY
(aka T14 and T16)

Found them in Crismon's, "U.S. Military Tracked Vechicles"
