the unit marking correspond to the 2nd US Armored Division, 41st Infantry Regiment, C Company. So, the answer is : no.

By the way, the 41st Infantry Regiment is well known, because it was equipped with "King Kard" camoufalged suits in Normandy and Britanny in August and September 1944 :

They soon exchanged their camo for standard US uniform, as even us British shot at anything wearing camo uniforms!

This one has been quite an enigma so far, is it an original, WW II vehicle, or a post-war conversion?

Recent researches proved that they didn't stop to wear camouflaged uniform because of friendly fire, but due to a shortage of supplies. The camouflaged 2-piece uniform was distributed in very little quantities on the Western front in August 1944, and only 2 units of the 2nd armored division have been clearly identified to have wear this kind of uniform.

Indeed, the uniform was not worn after September 1944 because they were damaged/worn for having been used during hard fightings, and there was a shortage of identical supplies, so the worn uniforms were replaced with new olive drab HBT uniforms. Moreover, if there were really problems with friendly fire, some of the guys from the 41st Infantry Regiment would not have kept the camouflaged uniform up to late September 1944, as seen on wartime pictures of the Battle of Brest.
