There are a few truck-based rocket launchers, I haven't posted pictures yet. I'll check my files once I will be home.

From what I can see there is a pretty derelict BM-8-48 on a ZIS-150. I guess that's the one you are looking for.

It's a Russian gun, modified by the Germans for anti-aircraft use.
There is another one in Bucharest, you may remember that one:
