One thing of note is what appears to be a Soviet M1937, 53-K, 45mm AT gun that had been captured and modified by the Finns and ended up in . . . Purcellville VA.

The howitzer on the Flicker marked as German 10,5cm leFH16 in NE, is a much larger German 15cm lg.sFH 1913. If you look at my web site you will see the difference:

www.lovettartillery.co...Detail.htm

www.lovettartillery.co...bitze.html

Notice the 10,5cm has axel tree seats and is much smaller.

The next web page is a for a slight variation of the 15cm lg.sFH 1913

The gun you have marked as 7.7cm FK 16 Modesto, CA2 is a German Export gun to the Ottoman Empire 7,5cm M 1903

Hope this helps

A correction:

The gun labelled 7.7cm FK 16 Modesto, CA is a Japanese 75mm Type 38 field gun. I've got some images of the markings on the Modesto gun
(somewhere). From memory it was built at Osaka in 1912. The Japanese Type 38 was a licence built version of the 75mm Krupp export gun. The Ottoman 75mm Krupps from the 1903 and 1905 orders mostly didn't have axle tree seats.

Charlie
