Over Flanders Field, add-on for CFS3!

Tuesday, December 20, 2005 (11:51:54)

Its official on the 18th of December Phase 1 of Over Flanders Fields will be released to the public.

The first release encompasses the years 1917 -1918 with air forces from Britain, Germany and France.
What does phase 1 include?

One button press to install the game, no cutting and pasting, no re-naming of files just press the button and follow the onscreen prompts. Its very easy to do, there should be absolutely no reason why anybody should not have OFF. unless you do not own a legal copy of CFS3 that is, then you may have difficulties.

Full working manager, that controls all the functions of the game environment. to further set the scene we have period artworks by world renown Aviation artists, period music and recorded interviews with actual WWI pilots.

The Brower War continues!

Tuesday, December 13, 2005 (12:27:24)
They said it couldn't be done, but during the first few months of 2005, the Mozilla Organization's Firefox browser carved a sizable dent in Microsoft Internet Explorer's domination over the desktop Internet browser market, and this new release should bring even more converts. Now courting roughly 10 percent of the browser market with versions that run on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, Firefox 1.5 continues to make usability and features a cornerstone of its success. Unlike Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.5 offers built-in search, tabbed browsing, and an RSS reader. The new features we see in Firefox 1.5 easily best the bells and whistles we've seen within the upcoming release of Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP.

FS Economy! New concept for FS2004!

Tuesday, December 13, 2005 (12:23:41)

I had a quick look through these forums and didn't see this anywhere...

www.fseconomy.com

Here's how it works .. you register (for free), download the small unobtrusive program (for free) then goto the site, pick an assignment and an aircraft, fly it, get paid and then do it all over again. Simple (and free).

If you love bush flying, then this will give you reason to fly (i've been trying for the last few days to make enough cash to buy my first plane). The largest aircraft it supports is the DC 3 or beach1900 so there's no jets and no really long haul stuff here. all i can say is head to the site, have a look and let me know what you think.

Tuesday, December 13, 2005 (12:20:21)
That's right! FF_RacerXXX has put the finishing touches on KFHO in the western part of Virginia. And one heck of a job too! Kudos to Racer for a really nice airport.
Come join us at KFBH the Fogie beach house in Alaska for some air races around the island. Pylons are lit for night racing too.
