You probably heard about this one, but I just think its funny that passengers are starting to sue the airlines because of a "rough landing"

If you actually read the article people are saying "We were launched from our seats".... WTF?? were they not wearing their damn seat belts, I thought that prevented that... lol

Also any of you famaliar with a 767-300 ER? well... most airlines configure that plane to have a 200-250 seat set up, but this sky service had a config. of 350 seats!!... anyone over 4' tall wouldn't be able to fit into the seats! I checked Boeings 767 "max capacity" and it said that the max config was 350 seats, I didn't think ANY airlines would config. their seating arragement to the max capacity, so that nobody could move!! lol

Maybe the captain should have just let them die in a gaint fireball after all, instead of doing all the work to save their lives

Personally, I don't think the passengers have a hope to win the case, that is part of the dangers of flying! Did the passengers sue the Air Transat that lost engines and had to glide onto the runway 30-50 miles away? NO... Did people sue the "Gimly Glider" (a plane that ran out of fuel in Canada, because the pilot, the fuel deliverer, the Co-pilot all didn't do the conversions from litres to Gallons needed! lol!!!!) but he landed with 0 injuries, and no injuries were reported at the time of the landing of this Sky Service 767, so I would doubt that "passengers" would have a very low chance of winning

Yeah,,its funny how people will attempt to sue for just about any little thing these days,,,,personally I think its silly as I am also an avid watcher of judge judy to get some good laughs after work while eating dinner every day.....it is pretty amazing what some people will do to get that easy buck!!!!,,,,,,hell,,,I'm not even pursuing legal action over the fact my little dog Mugsy was torn up by that big dog a couple weeks ago and I ended up with a little vet bill,,,,,I'll get my revenge in other ways that will make that owner think harder next time rather than dishing out a hundred bucks,,,,would not be worth the time off work to go to court considering I make over double that in a good days work....
but anyways,,,,,,on your last visit when I picked you up at the airport after your glorious and wonderful flight with "Jetsgo",,,,if youd been any more mad at them for thier service you mighta thougth about sueing to,,,lol,,,,you were some Jetsgo-lagged after that one,,,,LMAO

Amazing!!!!!! Hopefullythe judge will tell 'em that if the landing was THAT rough, they wouldn't be around to sue anyone!

that reminds me of my friend's dad when he used to work on engineering airbags

he said people would sue them for like the airbag causing injuries and all that

and he was like, what they always failed to notice was that if there was no airbag, they would be dead, and not injured
