NMMV in WY
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: NMMV in WY

Hi All

Just saw a post on the Warbird site about a brand new AFV museum in Dubois, WY. It’s the National Museum of Military Vehicles and the collection looks amazing!!!

Anyone know the collector - Dan Starks?

Hi Paul
You've already seen a big part of the collection: www.vgbimages.com/AFV-...n/n-7c83P/
I have 63 entry's for this location at the moment, but probably missing some.
But there're some new vehicles added recently.

Michel

A lot of that looks like it came out of Karl Smith's collection in Utah, but there are at least a few pieces from the Auburn collection that was auctioned off in 2012.

Cheers and thanks for the link to the photos!

Scott
