Neil - Russell Museum M113s & T117
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Neil,

Instead of trying to match up the M113s with the photos on your list, I thought I'd just post photos of what I saw at the Russell Museum.

Starting with M113 SN C1997.

M113 T3304

The only number I could find on this one was under the headlights on the right side. Nothing on the rear upper ramp.

Found a 6 on the right rear side.

I found this hull in the rear storage area.

Couldn't get around to the rear to find a SN - sorry!

FYI, T3304 appears to be an XM734 prototype. See Hunnicutt, Bradley, 257.

Thanks!

Neil

MICV? I thought I saw one at the MVTF in a "back room" with The Man himself back in '03.
