I think it is an M-46 130-mm Towed Gun (Russian) or Type 59 130mm Field Gun (China)

However, most likely ex-Iraq army

You're helped guided me to the sinodefence.com website where there was information on the Type 59-I 130mm Field Gun. Exported to the Iraqis in 1980.
