In June I installed the new version IE (IE7 VER 3 BETA) . I have really come to like it and until today it works flawless. However when I ran the Kneelboard which is IE based, FS9 basically crashed and rebooted. A quick call the MS Technical Support solved the problem. First of all, I would like to give a quick thanks to Benzil in Tech Support for his professional assistance.

You have THREE options:

1. Uninstall IE7 not a great option if you like the program
2. Pay me $500.00 and i'll fix it.
3. Fix it yourself instructions below:

A. Goto your main FS9 folder (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9)
B. Locate the following file oleacc.dll
C. Rename it to "oleacc.dll.old" (rename without quotes)

Great find and thanks for sharing and I moved this topic to FS2004.

I get a recording that says "your call cannot be completed as dialed" when I try to call that helpdesk number.
