I don't know if these textures are better than the ones included in Fled's Environmental Package, but I'll give them a try tomorrow during our Sunday flight - case they're good enough, they might be eligible for the next update, eh?

Full throttle sims would like to present to you the most realistic water textures to date. Years of planning and work have come to this moment.if you have voz, the textures may not show up correctly. Xtra Water was made using default textures from fs9. If you have VOZ they may not look the same because voz changes textures xtra water does not have have. It may look better or worse. We havent tested it.

I honestly couldn't say if this set is better than the one you already included in your package, once again I think it's a matter of personal taste, and better than my own judgement can do the looking at some shots I took two flights ago - last time there was little water indeed.

I confess I like them very much, also the wave effect is very good, and the reflections and the hue of water change according to the angle of incidence of the sun, so they seem quite realistic. In the end, I kept them installed in place of the old ones, but please take my words with the usual grain of salt: your opinion might be different.
