Which might lead to some new spinoff/startups that actually, you know, listen to their customers.

It just goes to show you how important customer service is to a business and how you should NEVER assume you're too big to be harmed by bad PR.

They seem to have been pretty dang well-focused on a little entertainment thing called an "XBOX".......it's claimed the mind & life of my son, who is, as I type this, playing online with, like, a total of 480,000 other players at the moment......in just the one particular game title he's playing right now...
