I am not even sure JT-34 is the proper name Rolling Eyes

I've seen VT-34 pretty often (can post pictures of it), this one seems to be much less common. Do you have any info on it? Was it a recovery or engineers vehicle?
Pictures were taken in 1998 at the Lesany museum, Czech Republic.

This is definitely JT-34 (JT for jerabovy tank or Crane Tank). VT-34 is turretless vehicle with box shaped front superstructure with huge winch inside, spade at the rear...

It could be said JT-34 was mainly Fitters Tank able to lift complete T-54/55 turret (crane was able to lift weight up to 10 tons); JT-34 was able to fulfill simple recovery jobs and generally much wider scale of tasks.
