We went up to visit Coastal Carolina University while we're here, and I used that opportunity to catch another unconfirmed Patton. Location listed is correct, C/1-263rd Armor, SC ARNG Armory, 1621 16th Ave, Conway, SC; Coordinates 33.839412,-79.065975

M60A3 SN 1884, RN JJ069B

What is this thing? I'd thought it was unique to this tank, but looking at my other M60 photos I realize most of them had this as well, I'd just never noticed before.

Nice pics. Thanks for sharing them. It's a M60A3. You can tell by the wind sensor on the turret bustle, the main gun thermal sleeve and the laser range finder cover on the right side sight blister.

The box in your last picture is the interphone box.

One of the last batch of New M60A3's built in Detroit,

That's why there's no "A" or "M" behind the number.
