What is this thing? I'd thought it was unique to this tank, but looking at my other M60 photos I realize most of them had this as well, I'd just never noticed before.

You can tell by the wind sensor on the turret bustle, the main gun thermal sleeve and the laser range finder cover on the right side sight blister.
The box in your last picture is the interphone box.
