I'm not positive, but I believe that those vehicles used to be inside the main gates of the VRS HQ complex in Banja Luka, which I was told was previously the Yugoslavian tank school. I recall seeing them in the grass courtyard in early 2003. I'm not sure where they are now, but they may just be in the back area of the same complex.
