I did some searching around the area on the maps, and some google searching as well. If it's where the flickr poster said it is, it's probably in the vicinity of the building at 42.619517,-76.183115
As that's where the museum he mentions appears to be located. The sat pictures in the area are circa 2006, so it may be a more recent addition.
