I don't think it belongs to the Legion,

Looks more like a period photo. Looks like an AMC Hornet following the M151 Jeep. Tank probably belongs to the local Armory of the 42nd Division and is being used in a parade. I wouldn't doubt if that Car is a Recruiters' Car.

I agree with Joe. The event dates from 1986 (according to one of the photos). I'd guess it was an NG vehicle or otherwise on active duty. The TC looks to be in period regulation uniform.
