I have model kits of the following Russian artillery pieces:

M1931/1937 122mm corps gun

M1937 ML-20 152 mm howitzer

M 1931 B-4 203 mm Howitzer

I also have the following vehicles as kits:

ChTZ S-65 Tractor

Voroshilovets Tractor

Komintern Artillery Tractor

My question is, would these tractors have towed these artillery pieces, especially during WWII?

Short answer is "all with all". The more or less definitive book on Soviet artillery tractors by Jochen Vollert "Tyagatshi" has images of the S-65, Komintern and Voroshilovets towing most of the guns you mentioned. Captured Russian artillery tractors were used by the Wehrmacht in large numbers to tow German heavy artillery pieces.

Charlie

From one Charlie to another, "Thank you Sir!" That now opens up all kinds of possibilities and should keep me busy in the man cave, sniffing glue and cutting sprue!
