Surviving Panzers website
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Looking at the flag i would say Pakistan.
They only painted is upside down.

This vehicle made an appearance at the: Vincy Manoeuvre Véhicules France 1940 of 2015 in France.

It looks as though Kubinka has finished the restoration on their Panzer III Ausf. J and have made it a runner. I found these pictures on a this Russian site: photo.qip.ru/users/tan...200713839/

Unfortunately I was unable to find any pictures of it from the front.
