What kind of tank?
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: What kind of tank?

In Sweden this ad was found and there has been some arguing about where the wheels comes from. The Wheels was bought at a scrap yard near a tank regiment in 1975.
At this tank regiment trials of all kind were carried out in the past, but the question is - what vehicle? When we can tell what vehicle, we might be able to find out how these Wheels ended up in Sweden.

So far no one in Sweden has been able to tell what it is. They look similar but not the same as M13/40.

Anyone who can help?

Bogies are from a Carden Lloyd Mk V* or VI - Sweden had a number converted to one-man-tanks.

NO they are not from a Carden Loyd.
Sweden had, and still has one Carden Loyd Mk V* and one Mk VI. Sweden did not have "a number" converted to one man tanks - only 2 and only for tests.

So the question remains - from what vehicle?

According to the Vickers records they received four - the additional two were Vickers produced Mk VI versions probably with the vickers produced roadwheels as on the trailer rather than the originaL Carden-lloyd ones.
