Check out some of his other videos while you're there...and his website.

His style, I'd bet, is influenced by that of the late Michael Hedges, who didn't play to these extremes, but who did attack notes and harmonics very aggresively. This guy has just taken it to a whole different level and done what Hedges did selectively, exclusively, to tremendous effect.
