Paddles are a silly idea.

You go round a bend and have to look to see which paddle is which.
Crazy.

Usually, right is "up" and left is "down". Then again, you chaps drive on the wrong side of the road so anything is possible.

If it was French, it would probably change each time the car was started. Laughing

Yah, but when you've turned the wheel, left becomes right, or left again on full lock.
I think you will find our steering wheels are on the right side, where they should be, not the wrong side.
